The establishment of SHAFA in 1982 stems from a very modest beginning as a subcontractor with less than 20 employees, some of which still with us today. Our goal to success has always been to maximize the value of our services and deliver to the best of our client’s satisfaction that would see them come to us for more.

Today with over three decades of experience and in-house expertise developed from a wide range of highly diverse and global projects, SHAFA has demonstrated its capability to undertake and deliver complex projects within time and budget to a portfolio of international clients. We have proven to become a reliable partner to deliver successful projects that often sees us working with the same partners on several other projects after.

Operating in an industry as diverse, competitive and ever evolving as that of construction, we are cognizant of its demands for continuous improvements. Not only does this apply to our responsiveness to client’s needs, excellence in technique, safety and quality but also extends to the development of our people who are the key to our success.
